Great place in Cape Coral! The unit was very clean and updated, the back deck was beautiful and a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a morning coffee.. I plan on returning in the near future

The neighborhood is quiet. The unit was clean. Nice to sit out back by the water in the morning and evening. We grilled out a few times ,nice to have beach, chairs and umbrella

Loved it!!!! Pearse was great!!! Close to everything and the place was spotless. We had everything we needed We enjoyed every minute. We definitely will be returning.

Fab stay! Just loved the dock area on the water side. So peaceful …. watched the sun rising and setting. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make simple meals. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and linen. Beach chairs, loungers and brolly all available. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The accommodation was what was advertised. The host communicated well and was very accommodating.

Very nice accommodations in a neighborhood Starbucks nearby on Canal so was very quaint even with the local duck that came to visit me and very comfortable bed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurants are walkable. Great back yard view and was able to accommodate our evening flight.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this home in Cape Coral. It was a great size, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops yet in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The home is also an easy drive to Fort Myers. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages. We highly recommend Pearse and Paul's AirBnB if you are staying in the area.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, an einer sehr ruhigen Lage und der Kanalzugang im Garten war traumhaft. Pearse hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Nochmals Danke an Pease und Team!

Very relaxing, everything is planned, had no complaints whatsoever. Would stay there again without a second thought. Very friendly people staying in the other unit.

Cleaning fee is included when booking, found a cockroach but everything else was great. Provided a grill and bikes even though we didn’t use them, it was nice to have the option. Responsive host.

The place as very nice. Located on the water with a nice patio at the water. Also located within walking distance of restaurants and bars, some with live music. Short drive to restaurants on the gulf, and only a bit further to Sanibel and Ft Myers beaches. Rooms were as advertised. Bed was comfortable. Bath and kitchen was clean. Thanks to Pearse and Paul for a pleasant stay! We would stay again if we are back in Cape Coral.

We loved our stay and would definitely book again, as well as recommend to our family and friends. Check-in was easy and flexible. When we entered the home everything was clean, tidy and welcoming. The view behind the home is gorgeous and we enjoyed being able to sit outside along the canal in the mornings with our coffee. Even though this is a multi-unit property, it felt very private. This was a great area for walking and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and fun towns including only 20-25 minutes from Sanibel Island. Huge thanks to our hosts for a wonderful experience.

Place was ĵust as described. Comfortable bed and very nice kitchen. It was on a quiet street which was very walkable. Close to good restaurants and a small local beach.

The place was as listed. Clean and perfect for two people. We had one little issue when we were there and it was fixed immediately. The bed is a little hard for our tastes, but some people will like that. It would've been nice to have a tv in the bedroom too. Overall, it is a nice place to spend some time in cape coral. Very walkable to restaurants, bars and shops. Short drive to a few nice beaches. Very clean apartment. Enjoyed our time there
